PBA meeting 06/14/2022

The meeting was opened with Erin Rayner speaking about some general housekeeping for PBA. Our annual scholarship winner—Marina McLean—was announced. Marina was very excited about the being chosen and thanked PBA for the scholarship. This fall, Marina will be attending Liberty University.

As always, Joel gave his informational monthly “Purcellville Town Updates.”

Jordan Smith (Spotlight Speaker) spoke about “Coming to America.” It was a very enjoyable and insightful talk. Jordan auctioned off an American flag. The flag was the one in the pictures—his Grandfather made the flag (Tuesday was also Flag Day). All proceeds went to Tree of Life. Jason with Sengpiehl Insurance Group made the winning bid of $500. 

Tammy Duvall Swankowski of Market Spark was our main speaker. She spoke about Must-DO Marketing and took questions from the PBA members, addressing their individual business, marketing needs. We then finished the meeting with ten minutes of networking.
