Our real estate team provides patient, data-driven support to families in Northern Virginia, ultimately making the real estate process feel easy and/or stress free compared to what our clients expect. We limit ourselves to a small number of clients in order to provide a seamless experience, so much so that many clients become close friends by the end of a transaction.

Joe’s background in technology supports our aggressive marketing techniques and business platforms so that Hannah can focus wholly on the client’s needs without any other distractions. As a former educator, Hannah brings a level of explanation to the process to the people that I work with, that helps reassure them and more importantly empower them when buying, selling, or renting in our market.

As life-long members of Northern Virginia, Hannah and Joe can connect you with the neighborhood that is the right fit for your needs, whether that’s achieving a certain commute time or being close to nature or recreation. The team is committed to improving the lives of children and families through contributions to several local non-profts including but limited to Women Giving Back, Loudoun Hunger, LAWS, and Loudoun Literacy.
