Zicht & Associates, PLC (Zicht Engineering) is a small, multi-disciplinary civil engineering, land surveying and urban planning firm providing consulting services to municipalities, developers, architects, businesses, institutions, and individuals in northern Virginia. We often work with clients from project inception through occupancy, beginning with feasibility studies and proceeding through entitlements (rezonings & special exceptions) to construction plans (including site plans) and record documents (plats) and finally construction oversight and bond release. We pride ourselves in providing personal services, innovative and practical solutions in a chaotic environment, and drawing on our breadth and wealth of experience in dealing within a highly regulated environment.
