Highlights of the Luncheon November 12th
Welcome: Made by Grant Wetmore, PBA President. Grant thanked our sponsors and special guests. Grant introduced our current board members and reminded attendees that the PBA is looking for Board members and suggested that anyone interested please send an email to board@purcellvillebusiness.org. Grant also mentioned that we will have a spotlight speaker starting back up in January.

Communication: The new PBA website update is in the works. Directory will be updated prior to the launching of the new site. A reminder for all our members if you have any special events, grand openings, celebrations or fund raisers to send an email to communications@purcellvillebusiness.org. there will be new ways for members to join, pay dues & renewals.
Special Shout Outs: 2 PBA Members won big at the Loudoun Chamber of Commerceâs 2024 Small Business Awardâs last Friday November 9th. Consumer Service Business of the Year, Purcellville Flag Company -WINNER and Main Street Business of the Year, GAM Graphics and Marketing â WINNER. Congrats to our fellow PBA members on this great event.
Purcellville Town Update: Vice Mayor Erin Rayner gave us an update on the zoning rewrites currently going on. Small business Saturday is November 30th. Giving Tuesday is December 3rd. the town has reached an agreement with Verizon. They will also be celebrating the retirement of Mountain View Elementary long time Principal Joan Broaddus as well as long time Town Employee ???????.

Sports Training for kids 5 years of age to D1 eligibility. They cover a variety of sports training. They have been open for 3 months. They have a variety of clients from the tri-state area. The location they found in Purcellville is a dream spot.
